1 Regular Chuck Roast

1 Bottom Round Roast

2 packages of Stew Beef

Chuck Roast:

The classic pot roast, becoming moist and tender when braised and full of rich, beef flavor. The chuck roast, also known as shoulder tender is one of the more economical cuts of beef.

Bottom Round Roast

Leaner than a chuck roast, round roasts are great slow-cooked and braised, or shredded to make beef sandwiches.

Stew Beef:

Our premium stew beef is made of 1 lb packages of cubed beef, great for slow cooking in your favorite recipe for a tender dish. 

Package: All orders will ship, vacuum sealed, frozen, from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a Styrofoam insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
