Cut from the shoulder, these bone-in steaks are a bit tougher than Rib or Loin Chops, but they pack some serious porky flavor. Try marinating or tenderizing them first, then enjoy them grilled, broiled, or pan-fried for a tasty meal! They can also be braised slowly for a delectable dish.
