Dry Aged Grass Fed Sirloin Roast – New Item!

The classic sirloin roast is the perfect option for a special occasion, and rarely offered on our store because they sell extremely quickly, especially around the holidays.  You can roast it in the oven, or smoke it, or sous vide it, or cook it on the grill.  Its tender and flavorful and half the price of a rib roast.  Its moist and tender when braised and full of rich, beef flavor. 

Package: All orders will ship, vacuum sealed, frozen, from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a Styrofoam insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
