Skirt steak or flap meat have become one of our new favorite dinners.  Smoked or grilled, this cut that comes from the Sirloin flap provides incredible flavor at a value price.  Great on the grill, the sous vide or the smoker.  We love to marinade this cut for even more flavor.  Cook to medium rate, rest and serve.

Package:  All orders will ship, vacuum sealed, frozen, from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a Styrofoam insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
