Sirloin Tip Steak

The sirloin tip steak is a great everyday steak, and priced right. Great on the grill, or on a steak salad, or marinated. Our favorite way to prepare our sirloins is in our smoker, nice and tender. Sirloin Tips aren't as tender as a strip or rib steak but the flavor is amazing!
Try sprinkling some McCormick's "Montreal" steak seasoning on them, perfect!
You might also try to "reverse sear" your sirloins, this is how one of our favorite butchers does it at Arcadia Meats in Scottsdale, Arizona. Arcadia sells lots of our sirloin this way. Sear your sirloins for a few minutes per side on a very hot grill and then place in a 200 degree oven for 5 minutes, covered. Then pull from the oven, let rest, still covered, for 5 - 10 minutes and serve. Delish!
All orders will ship, vacuum sealed, frozen, from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a Styrofoam insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.

All items are vacuum sealed and shipped in cardboard boxes with Green Cell Foam insulation. Green Cell Foam is a compostable, biodegradable alternative to Styrofoam, and a more environmentally-friendly way to ensure safe delivery of your order.

All orders will ship frozen from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a biodegradable Green Cell insulated, recycled cardboard box, with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit. Orders are shipped on Tuesday and Wednesday of each week.
