This flavorful boneless roast which is from the chuck primal that can be prepared as a small pot roast. Properly prepared (roasted to an internal temperature of 135 degrees) it will be well received if sliced thin when served. Or it can easily be cut up into steaks. For best results, cut into thinner steaks, marinate overnight with your favorite marinade and grill or pan fry to rare to medium rare.
Package: All orders will ship, vacuum sealed, frozen, from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a Styrofoam insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
