Beef liver is a rich source of vitamin A, which means it helps keep your eyes, skin and immune system healthy. The same portion supplies more than half of your recommended daily allowance of folate and vitamins B-6 and B-12.
Prepare liver by rinsing it under cold water. After drying it, dredge it in a little flour and saute it in olive oil. Depending on the thickness of the liver, it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes on each side.
