Wagyu/Black Angus Beef Cheeks are excellent for slow cooking.  When braised, these beef cheeks become meltingly tender, with a rich and deep flavor. 

Flying B Bar Ranch Wagyu/Angus beef is particularly noted for its distinctive natural marbling, flavor and tenderness.  We deliver a reliable and consistent product to the most discerning customers.  All cattle are steroid, hormone and antibiotic free.

We recommend for the best quality to cook it in a chilled state.  It can be stored in the fridge 2-3 days.

Package: All orders will ship, vacuum sealed, frozen, from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a Styrofoam insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
