Flying B Bar Ranch Honey – 1 lb. bottle – NEW ITEM!

We’ve been keeping bees for almost 30 years and each year around Labor Day we extract and bottle the honey from right here on the ranch.  This year was a dry year so we have limited quantities available.  I love the flavor this year, even thought it was a low production year, that’s because the wet spring and dry summer produced a bunch of early wildflower and alfalfa blooms but not much clover.  Clover creates a bit of a bite in honey so wildflower honey is sweeter and smoother, just delicious.

The honey is a 1 lb. bottle.
