Our dry aged grass-fed, grass-finished ranch steak is a very lean cut that comes from the shoulder muscle. It’s typically trimmed of all fat, but still full of flavor.
The taste is earthy and no nonsense, lots of folks say its unlike any other cuts they’ve had. So, if you’re looking for a great value, super delicious flavor you don’t have to look any further than this ranch steak!
It’s best served medium rare, and requires little effort to be the star of your next meal. We like a simple preparation with McCormicks Montreal Steak seasoning and cooked on the grill but we’ve also enjoyed a simple recipe with honey on the steak and then seasoned with sea salt and pepper. Simple and delish!
