Extremely versatile, and used in many different recipes. This includes chicken fried steak, Italian beef, breakfast steak, and more. After it is cooked, slice it diagonally against the grain for the most tenderness.

Each package includes one steak between .45 and .7 pounds

Package: All orders will ship, vacuum sealed, frozen, from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a Styrofoam insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
