Dry Aged Grass Fed “Dino” Ribs (Plate Ribs)

“Dino” Ribs or plate ribs are taken from the rib areas of beef cattle. They consist of a long portion of the rib bone, which is overlain by meat which varies in thickness. Dino Ribs are just spectacular in the smoker or in the slow cooker. These are great to slow cook and the taste is “fall off the bone” good!

Package: All orders will ship, vacuum sealed, frozen, from our Ranch in Strasburg, Colorado in a Styrofoam insulated box with dry ice. Orders will be delivered frozen or very cold to the touch, depending on the time in transit.
