Inside Skirt is highly prized for Carne Asada. Marinated in a mixture of lime juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, cilantro, and garlic, this steak will taste amazing after you grill it! We recommend cooking it to medium rare and slicing against the grain for fajitas and other dishes. Enjoy!
